Welcome to Enlinque! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and our services, including but not limited to IT consulting, Fractional CxO services, digital marketing, software development, eCommerce solutions, and digital transformation. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Enlinque.

"User," "client," or "you" refers to any individual or business accessing our website or using our services.

"Services" refer to the consulting and development services provided by Enlinque Consulting LLC.

2. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse or non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is owned or licensed by Enlinque and is protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any material from our website without our written consent.

4. Payment Terms

All services require full or milestone-based payments as agreed upon in the project contract.

Payments must be made via approved methods (credit card, wire transfer, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Project Scope & Changes

All project scopes will be defined in an official proposal or contract before work begins.

Any changes or additions to the agreed-upon scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., late approvals, missing assets) may extend the project timeline.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

We implement security measures to protect user and client data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security due to external threats.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools) into your project.

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms but will assist in troubleshooting where possible.

8. Service Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., traffic increases, revenue growth, or immediate digital transformation).

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Enlinque will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if obligations are not met.

Upon termination, the client must settle any outstanding payments, and Enlinque will deliver any completed work as per the agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved through negotiation and mediation.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Pittsburgh, PA, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
